1.    Who will lead my tour?

2.    Can I organize a personalized tour?

Yes you can. Depending on your destination and the number of people traveling with you, Jungle Lore can organize a customized tour for you. Click here to tell us what you have in mind.

3.    What if I have dietary restrictions?

We have special meal plans for pure-veg, pure-veg Jain, and non-veg diets. Should you have a medical condition that proscribes dietary restrictions, then please do tell us well in advance and we will let you know what arrangements we can make for you.

5.    How and when do I make the payment for the tour?

We request payment of 20% of your tour cost as non-refundable confirmation payment. Payment of the balance 80% can be decided upon once your travel is confirmed.

6.    Many activities are weather dependent, what happens if I’ve paid for an activity that has to be canceled due to bad weather?

We endeavor to refund as much of your payment as possible subject to non-refundable payments we may have made to third parties, hotels, air and rail reservation.

7.    How safe are Jungle Lore tours?

Jungle Lore organizes regular refresher courses for our guides and tour escorts to review, upgrade and re-design existing safety systems in an effort to make all our tours safe.

8.    What are the things that I need to carry on the tour?

Upon registering for the tour you will receive a detailed tour itinerary along with a recommended comprehensive kit list for that particular tour.

9.    Are there any hidden costs that are not included in the cost of your itineraries?

Our tour costs exclude airfares, airport taxes, insurance, evacuation charges, personal medical expenses, and government service tax wherever applicable. The cost break-up for each tour is specified in the detailed itineraries.

10.    What about tickets – are they part of the cost?

Our hospitality extends to making travel arrangements for you, but ticket expenses are not included in the cost mentioned in our pre-programmed itineraries. This is to enable us to cater in a more efficient manner to your specific travel requirements.
