Jungle Lore Team wishes you a very Happy Diwali and a prosperous new year!

This month we got a hold of a very busy Gerry Martin and asked him to pour his heart out for our readership. Gerry Martin has been working with Romulus Whitaker for close to 15 years and works hard to facilitate research and conservation efforts in some of India's best field stations. His informal article about The Gerry Martin project is sure to touch those of us who are close to Mother Nature and want to make sure we are doing our bit for her. We also have a poem composed by Juthika Dcruz about her visit with JungleLore to Tadoba, which happened to be her first wildlife experience!

JungleLore welcomes November with open arms as the weather turns a little cooler, and we look back at the perfect October we spent in Kenya, Tadoba and Pench. Flip to the Snapshots page to check out photographs from our trips last month.
