Dear member,
July is always a month of serious introspection for Jungle Lore as we approach our birthday. This year we find ourselves looking back at our five year long romance with photography - and inspect how it has shaped our vision for Jungle Lore and our passion to make it grow.
But aside from the seriousness we also plan to showcase just how much fun - and how rich of experience - these five years have been by exhibiting our best photographs at the P. L. Deshpande Kala Art Gallery, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, staring 2nd July. The photographs cover our travels across the country, from Ranthambhore to Bhutan.
Inside, you'll find not only an invitation to the exhibition, but also an article about Jungle Lore's past exhibitions. We also write about India's foremost photojournalist, Mr. Raghu Rai. In the Creature Feature section, we bring to you five of India's Star tigers - those whose beauty and grace has had us spell bound since decades. We also cover 5 unique experiences with Jungle Lore which add the much loved spice to our tours. And we bring to you Jungle Lore's home-grown photographers as our featured photographers for the month.
Do flip to the exhibition invitation and the upcoming events to plan your free time with Jungle Lore. And don't forget to share your opinions with Jungle Lore by dropping us an email on
newsletter@junglelore.com.
Enjoy!
